Salma Hayek was this close to ending up stark naked during a recent photo shoot in a swimming pool, as her dress literally slithered off her body. Fortunately, the Mexican actress was able to prevent herself from performing an involuntary strip-tease by grabbing on to her dress in the nick of time. See, I told you! She almost flashed her boobs! Salma was in the pool wearing this black dress that was either too big on her or maybe had a plunging neckline. So when she climbed out of the pool, the drenched dress slithered down and she had to clutch on to her cleavage to stop herself from flashing everyone on the set.
The dress was to die for: a strapless black number which she looked stunning in. She paired it with a ring in white gold and a silver bracelet. Don't tell me she wasn't absolutely ravishing even soaking wet, wardrobe malfunction and all. Her makeup was perfect too!

I really feel Salma just keeps getting hotter with age. At 48, she looks trendier and more beautiful than ever. Anyhow, so if you don't want to go through a similar wardrobe malfunction, here's a tip to help you fearlessly show off your cleavage without ending up half-naked. Tape the top of your dress to your skin with special adhesive tape. To avoid allergies you can use the same kind of anti-allergenic adhesive they use in hospitals. Or, even better, use double sided flash tape or fasion tape, which is designed especially to avoid an embarrassing incident like poor Salma's. You can find both at drugstores.
