Most women don't like to talk about these embarrassing beauty problems, but how else are you going to figure out how to solve them? Luckily for you I got some answers so no one but you needs to know they even exist. Here are 8 embarrassing beauty problems with their super simple solutions!

Chapped lips: I get a seriously bad case of chapped lips very single fall and winter season. To prevent my lips from looking gross, I apply a super hydrating formula, like Smith's Rosebud Salve ($6) throughout the day. If you have a chronic case like mine, you might want to invest in Bliss Pout-o-Matic Lip Perfecting Device & Scrub ($52). It might seem pricey but it's so worth it!

Ashy knees & elbows: Nothing looks worse than ashy knees and elbows and its especially noticeable on medium and dark skin tones. I keep my body smooth and soft by applying body oil immediately after showering. It locks in moisture better than lotion. Try Neutrogena Light Sesame Body Oil ($8). It leaves skin with a radiant, healthy glow and it's super cheap too!

Razor bumps and ingrown hairs: Got razor bumps and ingrown hairs on your bikini line? Don't sweat it chica! First off, always exfoliate skin first before shaving. This helps remove any dead skin cells that can clog hair follicles and force hairs to grow underneath the skin. Second, use a fresh, sharp razor. Trust me, this makes all the difference. And last but not least, apply a treatment afterwards, like Completly Bare Bikini Bump Blaster ($10) to help smooth skin.

Eye boogers: Eye boogers, eye crust, eye gunk, whatever you call it, is a lot more common than you think. This combination of mucus, oil, skin cells and dirt tends to accumulate in the corner of your eyes while you sleep. It's not really anything to concern yourself about but it is disgusting. To avoid it, I make sure to thoroughly remove my makeup and wash my face before bed. Make sure to clean out any traces of eyeliner or mascara, which can lead to dark eye mucus in the morning.

Facial hair: I know a lot of ladies who complain about peach fuzz over their upper lip or annoying chin hairs. "Facial hair in women is usually due to a shift in hormones as you'd see in polycystic ovarian syndrome or menopause," Dr. Doris Day, a clinical assistant professor of dermatology at New York University Medical School," told Refinery29.com. So it's nothing to be ashamed of. Most hair removal methods like waxing or even threading tend to work. But try to avoid shaving or tweezing. "Plucking can cause inflammation of the skin, which will discolor and look dark," Dr. Day says.

Vaginal discharge: There's normal vaginal discharge and there's concerning vaginal discharge. Normal vaginal discharge should be clear or even light yellow in color and shouldn't have a very strong odor. But if your discharge is dark yellow, white and clumpy, green or grayish then you might want to speak with your Ob-Gyn, especially if it has a strong odor and is accompanied by vaginal itching or burning.

Cold sores: Nobody is immune to core sores once in a while, especially during the wintertime. A good over the counter fix is Abreva Cold Sore Cream ($22). I also recommend applying a little bit of concealer over the area set it with loose powder to hide it while it heals.

Dark underarms: Got dark pits? Try rubbing a slice of potato on your underarms every night before showering to help naturally lighten the skin in that area. Or you can just switch to Dove Clear Tone Anti-Perspirant Deodorant Solid Skin Balance ($4).  It keeps you fresh while restoring your skin's natural tone.
