
Shakira is really upping the game when it comes to the post-baby body bounce back. The Colombian star posted an envious photo on her Instagram and was showing off major toned legs. Seriously, how does she find the time and energy? Shakira is ready to get back to work just three months after giving birth to baby Sasha. She looks amazing! I have to warn you, you're going to be hating a little just like I did when I first saw her!

Shakira posted this photo with the caption, "Playing dress up." Now, I instantly looked at her legs and was amazed at how toned and beautiful they look! What is her secret? At 38, it must have been difficult for Shakira to bounce back that quickly. We know she eats healthy and does a ton of cardio and strength training, but I've always wondered if that's all that she does.
Paparazzi caught Shaki visiting a plastic surgery clinic last month, which makes me suspect that perhaps she did go under the knife after giving birth. The pressure she must be under is crazy! Part of her profession is to look and feel her best. There's no time for her to walk around with even the tiniest post-baby chicho.
My only wish is that Shakira and other celebrities would just fess up to it. Yes, it's amazing to see how great she looks and I don't think anyone is taking that away from her, but please don't make it seem like this process is as all natural. Most women don't look this toned and amazing just three months after welcoming a baby. We need images of the real deal as much as these celebrity post-baby bodies.
