Brave Talia Castellano, 12-year-old cancer patient, inspires us with her beauty (VIDEO)

I've never been so inspired and simultaneously wanted to cry so much in my entire life. The story of 12-year-old Talia Joy Castellano is truly heartbreaking but so inspirational.

The Latina has a YouTube page where you can watch her infectious and bubbly personality as __she gives some amazing beauty tutorials, but it's her courage and honesty in the face of terminal illness that has me rooting for her–__even if she may not have too much time left.

In her latest video, she speaks very honestly about her cancer journey and how she's been dealing with this "crap" for five years. Now her stage 4 Neuroblastoma has spread to her bones AND she's been diagnosed with pre-leukemia, something which is "extremely rare" and "there are not really any treatments for it."

For now, it looks like she's not giving up on making the videos that she loves to do, but she's being honest with her fans that, basically, she may only have 4 months to a year to live. The only thing she asks is that people understand where she's coming from in possibly not wanting to do the bone marrow transplant and prolong things.

Even with the tragedy, though, she's keeping brave and even talking about the benefits she's received:

I've gotten so many benefits from [cancer]. Having a YouTube channel, having to inspire people and having people look up to me…I adore, I love makeup, using it as my wig…it's amazing…the journey of having cancer was amazing. But every journey has an end. I hope you guys understand what I'm saying, and understand where I'm coming from.

I honestly don't think I've ever met anyone so brave. Childhood cancer is one of my biggest fears for anyone, be they a child or a mother or family member, but I am so moved by the way that Talia is handling it. As sad as it is, I'll be following along on her Facebook page and praying for the best for her, her family and all of the countless kids she has inspired during her journey.
