The numbers are out and the amount of money that Kylie Jenner's Kylie Cosmetics earned in its first 18 months is absolutely staggering. The amount is so insanely high that whatever you say about the Kardashian-Jenners, you certainly can't say that they don't know how to run a business.

Momager Kris Jenner recently revealed to CNBC that Kylie Cosmetics–famous for its lip kits inspired by Kylie's cosmetically enhanced pout–earned $420 million in revenue in the 18 months since its initial launch.

Yes, $420 million! The 20-year-old entrepreneur made nearly half a billion dollars in just 18 months from just one of her businesses. That doesn't include income from her and Kendall's clothing line or from the TV shows or paid appearances, etc. I think it's safe to say that Kylie will probably reach billionaire status within a few years, which is just crazy to even imagine.
Several weeks ago when Kylie's reality show Life of Kylie premiered I checked it out and couldn't help but notice how out of touch the young celebrity seemed, and now after finding out just how rich she actually is, I have a better understanding of why that is.
It seems it would be nearly impossible for someone so young and so utterly wealthy to have any concept of what real-life is for most people. I kind of just want to give her a pass for being so self-absorbed and vapid. I'm also kind of tempted to go out and buy a Kylie lip kit just to see what kind of product is capable of making so much money so fast.
