Women are finally starting to recognize that working out while pregnant isn't necessarily harmful. It really depends on the individual and on what their body can actually take. Australian athlete Caley Reece is proof of that. The six-time world champion in Muay Thai kickboxing was still kicking butt when she was 39 weeks pregnant. You have to see this recent video post she shared to really believe it.

In the video, Reece is seen in the ring boxing with her trainer who also happens to be her husband, Darren. Those powerful swings are not something you'd typically expect to see from a pregnant woman, but homegirl was in there like a boss. This isn't the first time, she's posted a video like this. In fact, if you take a look at her Instagram, Reece has posted quite a few videos like this up until she gave birth to her beautiful baby boy, Maddox Jesse Reece.

I'm also sure Reece has experienced her fair share of haters. The cyber troll situation is real–and they tend to be especially tough on pregnant women who enjoy working out. But here's what they don't seem to understand: Working out while pregnant is not necessarily dangerous. In fact, it's usually encouraged by doctors and trainers, but it's different for every single woman. What might be too much for one pregnant woman could be just fine for someone like Reece, who works out regularly to begin with. Talking to your doctor or a health professional before engaging in any exercise routine during pregnancy is key. It's like Reece said in the caption of her video, "Don't stop what you love. There's always ways around everything."
