Almonds: Instead of reaching for your mid-day granola bar, munch on some almonds. This special nut has lots of monounsaturated fat and protein that it can keep you full until your next meal.
Red chili peppers: You've probably heard how great spicy food is ideal for weight loss. A study done found that people ate 30 percent less if they added spices such as red chili peppers to their food.
Eggs: Whenever I eat eggs, I notice that I don't get my mid-morning snack cravings and the protein in this super food may be part of the reason. Mix it with avocados or hummus for long-lasting fullness.
Whole grains: Whether you like oatmeal, amaranth, buckwheat, or quinoa, these good carbs can keep you full for hours at a time and provide you with the whole grains you need. Get creative and mix some of them up for your morning hot cereal.
