On January 24, Paris Hilton announced the birth of her baby boy with a sweet picture via Instagram. In the picture, you can see her baby’s hand wrapped around her thumb. The child was born via surrogate and is her first with husband Carter Reum. The 41-year-old reality star and her 41-year-old venture capitalist hubby were married on November 11, 2021. Paris has previously shared that she started the IVF process during the pandemic. "We started going and doing it like a few months in because the world was shut down," she told People in December 2022.

"We really wanted to enjoy our first year of marriage together as a couple, you know, before bringing kids into the mix," she added. "So now that we just had our year anniversary, I can't wait for 2023." And now we know why she couldn’t wait for 2023! Because she already knew that her baby was on the way. Check out the first picture that the brand-new mama shared of her itty-bitty baby boy and find out more about her IVF journey.
Look at that precious little hand.
Baby hands are just so precious, and the way they grasp and hold your finger is one of the sweetest things any mom will ever experience. “You are already loved beyond words ,” Paris captioned the photo.
How is Paris feeling about being a new mom?
She told People, "It's always been my dream to be a mother and I'm so happy that Carter and I found each other. We are so excited to start our family together and our hearts are exploding with love for our baby boy."
She and Carter had the baby conversation very early on.
In April 2022, Paris was on an episode of The Bellas Podcast and she told hosts Nikki and Brie Bella that she and Carter had “been talking about kids since the beginning—since the first couple, like, months of dating."
She was hoping for twins the first time around.
"I would like a twin boy and girl just to, like, get both, but whatever happens happens," Paris told Brie and Nikki at the time. "But I would love that or twin girls because I love girls.” We’re sure she’s thrilled with her little boy.
Will the couple be having more children?
Apparently, she and Carter want more babies and are planning for them. She has shared that, thanks to IVF, they’ve got “eggs stocked and ready” to go and that she would like to have "three or four" children.
