The chia seed is no stranger to Latinos as it was popular among the Mayans, Aztecs, and Incas back in the day. If there is something our ancestors know it's making use of all the living things surrounding them for survival. But there are many things you may not know about this seed. Sure they may seem tiny, but they play a big role in nourishing your body in more ways than you would think.
