Get a radiant autumn glow with this DIY pumkin facial mask

Pumpkins are not just seasonally appropriate, but they do wonders for your skin since they contain loads of antioxidants like vitamin A and C, that help protect your skin from free radicals while offering a nourished and radiant complexion. With the holiday's right around the corner, most of us don't really have the time or the budget to hit the spa. What you need:

2 cups of fresh cooked pumpkin puree or canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)

1 tablespoon of honey

2 tablespoons of unflavored Greek yogurt

1 tablespoons of cinnamon

What do do:

Step 1: Begin by mixing 2 cups of the pureed or canned pumpkin with 2 tablespoons of Greek yogurt. Then add 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon to the mix. The cinnamon will give it a nice seasonal scent.

Step 2: Apply the mixture evenly to a clean, damp face.

Step 3: Leave it on for about 15 minutes, then remove using a damp wash cloth.

Step  4: Then apply a moisturizer to keep smooth and moisturized.
