When fitness expert Massy "Mankofit" Arias first posted pictures of herself at 22 weeks pregnant, fans were in complete shock. She was five months along and still sporting rock-hard abs. How was that even possible? But now at 27 weeks, Arias' baby bump is finally showing, and it's the most precious thing ever. She's posted a number of pictures proudly showing off her growing belly while still hitting it hard at the gym. You have got to see this!
More from MamásLatinas: SEE Dominican trainer Massy Arias' six-pack at 22 weeks pregnant
If there's one thing, Arias has taught us all, is that you can still workout hard while pregnant. That is, if you were already heavily into fitness the way she was pre-pregnancy.
At 27 weeks, Arias' baby bump is finally showing and noticeably growing. But that's not keeping her away from her very dedicated fitness routine. When she's not doing handstands, she's running backwards on the treadmill, lifting weights, doing pull-ups, she's training her clients. Its crazy impressive.

When Arias was 22 weeks pregnant, a lot of folks either hated or praised her six-pack. Her baby bump was nowhere near as noticable as it is today. Some criticized her for lifting weights while pregnant, while others expressed envy at not having such a toned pregnancy bump. But what people need to understand is that no pregnant body is the same. Arias is a fitness expert and trainer who practically breathes fitness. The woman works out and lifts weights on a regular basis, so it's totally safe for her to continue lifting while pregnant.
She even posted a sonogram picture of her baby girl and mentioned in the caption how she's had such a healthy, strong, and great pregnancy. But just because she's able to work out at this capacity while pregnant, doesn't mean it's for everyone.
The craziest thing you can do is compare your body or your pregnancy bump to hers, because everyone is different. As women, we really need to make a conscious effort to support other women and not compare ourselves to one another. At the end of the day we are all different and what fun would it be if we were all the same?
