In the clip, the Extra! star is seen roughing up his son in a loveable way and little Nico is loving all of the attention. Lopez has a passion for boxing and it's one of the ways he stays in amazing shape. It's no wonder he wants to pass down his own love to the sport to his son.
This wrestling session is definitely a workout for the celebrity dad! I'm exhausted just looking at the video. When it comes to staying fit, Lopez shared with the Los Angeles Times, "Set goals, involve your family, and have a partner to help keep you accountable." Sounds like he knows exactly what he's talking about.
