The Hollywood actress welcomed her daughter Wyatt six months ago. Proud dad Ashton Kutcher has previously revealed that the couple doesn't plan on using a nanny for the first few years. "We want to be the people that know what to do when the baby’s crying to make the baby not cry anymore," he said on Ellen.

As the CEO of the Honest Company, there's no way Alba can survive without child care for daughters Honor and Haven. However, the actress is really against hiring nannies and instead loves paying family members for staying with her girls. Another perk? She pays way less than a celebrity nanny would charge.

J.Lo doesn't employ nannies to take care of her 7-year-old twins Max and Emme. Lopez told Vanity Fair that she tried the nanny game in the beginning, but she admitted, "It just wasn't for me." Instead, her "coconuts" are taken care of by her mother Guadalupe and cousin Tiana Rios.

Since welcoming her daugher Esmeralda last year, the Cuban actress has been very hands on and loves spending time with her daughter. She revealed to Violet Grey that her mother, also named Eva, has been a huge help. She also said, "I'm doing it without a nanny for now."
