Most moms and dads would agree that one of the most crucial things to have in order to be a good parent is a good sense of humor. After all, kids get themselves into such messes, that sometimes you just gotta laugh to keep your sanity!
Well, one photographer dad recently decided to capture the funny ups and downs of parenthood in a hilariously creative photo series starring his three young daughters. And the results are so good, you just have to see them. I guarantee you'll be able to relate!

As can be seen below, 43-year-old John Wilhelm of Switzerland captured various ordinary parenting scenarios (like feeding and diaper-changing) and put a comical, quirky spin on them that any mom or dad can appreciate. In other photos, he disregards the "real" world altogether and puts his girls into fairytale recreations. Each of the pictures reportedly takes hours to perfect. Wow!
So where did he get his inspiration from? The father of three says he knows he'll never be fully prepared for all aspects of fatherhood, so he decided to make light of that through his pictures. And I gotta say, the illustrations are pretty amazing!
The photos are all surreally vivid and incredibly well-crafted, but even better than that? All three of his daughters, 5-year-old Lou, 2-year-old Mila, and 7-month-old Yuna are so adorable and look like they're having so much fun hamming it up for the camera!
