All parents can fondly remember the day they welcomed any of their children into the world, but I think Allison and Wes Rhoa's memories will be especially vivid. How come? Earlier this month, the Philadelphia couple became parents to identical triplet daughters–despite that the chances of that happening through natural conception are about one-in-a-million!

The Rheas were thrilled when they discovered they were expecting their first child together as it had happened really quickly. According to the couple, Allison actually got pregnant on their honeymoon in Mexico!
The real shock, though, came during their first ultrasound when an astonished doctor told them they were expecting identical triplets! "I was just in total shock I just kept smiling and my husband just looked worried," Allison told ABCNews. "I think the technician was more excited than we were (at the time), just because it is so rare."
The new mom was 33 weeks into her pregnancy when she went into labor on February 5. Thankfully, all went smoothly during her C-section delivery. Her three girls, Ava, Avery and Alissa, were born healthily, weighing around four pounds each and breathing on their own. They remain in the hospital, but are expected to go home in a couple of weeks.
Meanwhile, mom and dad are still trying to take it all it in. "As soon as you're done feeding all three and the other ones are rested you've got to start all over again. So it's non-stop," said Wes. Ha! Welcome to parenthood!
But while their story is pretty amazing, the Rheas are actually one of several couples to have given birth in crazy odds lately. Check out their little girls, along with some more one-in-a-million babies:
Allison and Wes Rhoa
The Rhoas became parents to identical triplet daughters, Ava, Avery and Alissa, earlier this month!
April and Brad Dooley
Another couple, April and Brad Dooley, from Long Beach, California welcomed incredibly rare male identical triplets into the world on January 14.
Hannah and Tom Hepner
Hannah and Tom Herper had three naturally conceived identical triplets, all girls, back in November.
Kimberly and Craig Fugate
The Fugates were shocked when they discovered they were expecting triplets. But they were even more shocked when Kimberly went into labor at 28 weeks and doctors informed her she'd be giving birth to FOUR little girls, instead of the expected three. Oh my god, can you imagine?!
Zaheer and Indira Ali
The Alis only had one baby, but their daughter's birth was just as crazy as if they had multiples! Zaheer was forced to deliver his own baby not because they didn't make it the hospital, but because a maternity ward mix-up left them without a doctor or nurse!
