Well, Shakira has FINALLY been opening up about her growing baby bump, even going so far as to show it off on her Facebook fan page this weekend. Although she joked about not having a six pack anymore, calling the future Ulises a "one pack", I bet her personal trainer Tracy Anderson has something to say about that! In fact, Tracy has something to say to all of the pregnant ladies: you CAN stay in shape during your nine months!

Fitness guru Tracy, a celebrity trainer to the likes of Shakira, Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna, has just released a new set of DVDs called The Pregnancy Project. She's a new mom herself, so she knows just what expectant mothers need to do to stay fit. In fact, the genius DVDs help you with a different workout for each month of pregnancy. Isn't that great?! She talks about her inspiration to the New York Daily News:
I can completely see why [WOMEN ] would take offense to that. I've built my career on empowering women and giving them the tools they need to look and feel their best and be their healthiest. Unfortunately during my first pregnancy I gained 60 pounds and it was really rough and I've learned later on in life that a healthier approach and having the tools to not do that is kind of a better way to go.
I'm actually really excited about these DVDs. I wonder if she sent them as a present to Shakira, because the woman has definitely still been looking sexy and I am betting that she will only keep looking great. Watching her workout for pregnant women, below, is really inspiring me to exercise and I'm not even pregnant! Go Tracy and GO SHAKI for conquering the world of being a healthy, fit pregnant mami.
