Entrepreneur, TV personality, and influencer Khloé Kardashian has worked really hard on her body, and it shows. Khloé shed some weight and toned up before getting pregnant with daughter True in 2018 and then lost a 60 pounds after becoming a mom. She currently looks fitter than ever and spends quite a bit of time wearing bikinis and taking pictures of herself in that swimwear to share on social media.

Khloé exercises every day and watches what she eats pretty carefully, although she admits she tries not to stress over her diet. In an interview with her sister Kourtney Kardashian's wellness company Poosh, Khloé said she doesn't want to "live a miserable life." "You never know if tomorrow's happening. I would rather put more effort into the gym than the kitchen," she shared. Well, the effort she puts in at the gym has helped her develop strength and defined muscles.
