If you are reading this, then you’ve probably also read the rumors that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's marriage is in trouble. I stress that these are rumors because neither member of Bennifer 2.0 has addressed said rumors. Still, the rumors keep gaining traction and certain details of the couple’s lives are being used to give the rumors a sense of legitimacy.

For example, there have been reports that Ben is living separately from Jen, that the couple is selling the $60 million mansion they bought just last year, and now they are even selling art from that mansion. Does this mean they really are in the process of dissolving their marriage? Maybe, but maybe not. Check it out.
Not only have the couple put their home on the market, they are selling some of the contents.
That contents being pieces of art according to a report from Page Six. Supposedly, collectors have already been purchasing “art and some pieces” that were put “newly on” sale from the Affleck’s home in early June.
The house was reportedly put on the market in early June as well.
They bought the 12-bedroom, 24-bathroom mansion in Beverly Hills in June 2023 for $60.8 million. As far as everyone knew, the intent was for them to live in the home as husband and wife, but just one year later they are said to be selling it.
Ben has been living in a rental without Jen.
In mid-May, TMZ reported that Ben was living in a rental property in Brentwood, California, and not at the mansion he and Jen own together. It’s important to note that the rental property is close to the three children— Violet, Fin, and Samuel—the actor shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
Meanwhile, Jen canceled her tour and took a vacation to Europe.
In early June, Jen canceled her This Is Me…Live tour, which is said to have had poor ticket sales. The reason given was that she was “taking time off to be with her children, family and close friends.”
Later that same month, she headed to Italy without Ben for some fun, sun, rest, and relaxation. After basking in the Italian sun, she was spotted flying economy to Paris Fashion Week where she attended the Dior show.
While Jen was in Europe, Ben moved his things out of their shared home.
A source told People that while Jen was in Europe, Ben moved all his things out of their mansion. Since the mansion is up for sale, it was going to have to happen at some point or another, though, so I’m wary about reading too much into it.
“Ben continues to live at the Brentwood rental. He’s been there for about two months now,” another source told People. “He seems okay. He’s been at his office every day and seems focused on work. He’s also spending time with his kids.”
Does the selling of their shared home and art signal divorce?
Maybe, but it could also just be buyer’s remorse. In June, a source that People claims is “close to Lopez” told the publication that “Ben Never liked the house. It’s too far away from his kids.” And Jen thinks “the house is way too big for her.”
Bennifer 2.0 tied the knot twice 2022.
Bennifer were first engaged back in November 2002 before calling it off in 2004. They both went on to have children with different partners. Ben had his kids with Jennifer Garner and J.Lo had twins Emme and Max with ex Marc Anthony.
In April 2021, Bennifer 2.0 debuted and a little over a year later, they got married. First, they wed in a surprise Las Vegas wedding in July 2022. A month later, they had a huge wedding and celebration at Ben’s Georgia estate.
