Less than two years after tying the knot, their marriage is reportedly on the brink of ending, prompting Jen and Ben to look into selling their Beverly Hills home.

The sprawling 46,000-square-foot home includes 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms and sits on 5 acres, per Entertainment Tonight. Additionally, it includes an indoor sports complex with a pickleball court, basketball court, gym, boxing ring, sports lounge, and a bar.
Reportedly, they are in the process of selling their marital home.
On June 10, a source told People that Jennifer and Ben are selling their Beverly Hills marital home. Reps for the couple have not commented on the report. However, there have been other clues pointing toward the potential sale.
Another report claimed that Ben and Jen are looking to sell for $65 million.
J.Lo and Ben's realtor, Santiago Arana, has reportedly been showing their Beverly Hills mansion for two weeks, TMZ reported on June 8. Ben has reportedly moved out of the home and into a rental in Brentwood, while Jennifer is looking for a new house, according to the news outlet. Reportedly, they are asking "around $65 million" for the house.
Previously, photos of their house resurfaced on realtor websites like Zillow.
On June 5, the Daily Mail reported that Jen and Ben were looking to sell their home. The news outlet pointed to images of the house resurfacing on real estate websites as proof. In May 2023, these photos disappeared online when Bennifer purchased the property However, new photos were uploaded to Zillow.com on June 1 and June 5.
Ben and Jen are rumored to be 'living separate lives.'
On June 10, a source told Entertainment Tonight that Jennifer and Ben have "been living separate lives," although they are "not officially separated yet."
The source explained, "At this point, they are just doing their own thing. They went into their relationship very optimistic and thought things could change, but they haven’t."
When asked directly about the divorce rumors, Jennifer refused to answer.
Recently, J.Lo participated in a Q&A session for her movie Atlas in Mexico. A reporter asked, “Your divorce with Ben Affleck is real? What is the truth?” per a video shared on X by Glamour México y Latinoamérica.
Jennifer's costar, Simu Liu, replied, “OK, we’re not doing that.”
