Mom posts sexy pics to motivate others, haters say they’re for her ex

Tracy Kiss works hard for her killer bod–and she isn't afraid to show it off online. A mom of two, Kiss decided to post sexy pics and videos of her rock-hard bod on Instagram and YouTube to motivate herself and others to work out. Though she's garnered tens of thousands follwers so far, Kiss also has her fair share of skeptics. The U.K.'s Mirror published a story on the single mom this week, calling her a "jilted mom" and accusing Kiss of taking pics of herself for the sole purpose of making her ex jealous. Um, excuse me while I go bang my head against the wall.

__I hope the author of the story, Alex Wellman, stretched before leaping to that conclusion, because that was one heck of a reach. While it is true that Kiss, a fitness and lifestyle blogger, began taking risqué pics of herself soon after she was dumped by her fiancé of six years, the 27-year-old single mom of two insists her photos have nothing to do with her ex. "Can I just say … I'm not trying to get back at nobody," she wrote on Facebook in response to the Mirror's crazy story. "I blogged about working out after having kids to motivate myself and others … I don't need revenge."

Listen, I don't know Kiss personally, but I'm inclined to believe her. I think it's completely possible for a woman to want to take and post sexy pictures of herself, FOR HERSELF. Not every sexy picture out there was taken for a man. Most of us do not get dressed up or apply makeup with men in mind. I wish that wasn't so hard for people to believe. But, alas, it is.

The most infuriating part of all of this is the fact that the Mirror seems to think they're praising Kiss when they describe her as a "stay-at-home single mum" who got "the last laugh on her former fiancé by rocketing to online stardom thanks to a series of raunchy selfies." Sorry, but attributing a woman's accomplishments to petty vengeance is hardly flattering. It makes her appear shallow when all she's trying to do is motivate people to finding happiness within themselves.

I hate to rain on the Mirror's parade, but the truth of the matter is, if a woman posts a sexy picture online and her ex never sees it, she is still smokin' hot. She's still valid. Her life will go on. She doesn't need him or his attention or his jealousy. Not one bit.
