As a mother and human being, I am touched by people who go out of their way to be kind to children. Right now my heart just grew two sizes because of what pharmacist Jeff Dodds of Watford City, North Dakota did for a 6-year-old girl who approached him. This little girl confessed that she hasn't been getting much sleep lately because she is terrified of the monsters under her bed. Poor thing. Dodds didn't laugh away her issue, even though it wasn't technically of a medical nature. Oh no, he gave her something to take care of what was ailing her, no prescription necessary. Wait until you see what this man did!

This makes me want to cry tears of joy. Dodds, who works at Barrett Pharmacy & Variety, used his skills to concoct a monster repellent spray. Check out the directions on the bottle: "Spray around the room at night before bed, repeat if necessary." Isn't that just wonderful? I'm telling you this makes my mom heart feel so good.
I can just imagine that little girl spraying under her bed right before bed and sleeping with that bottle close at hand, just in case.
Jeff Dodds, you rock! You are magic because you know what? I, as a mother, am so terrified of my children having to face real actual monsters in this world. Your touching act of kindness for a child reminded me that there are real life people with monster-repelling abilities looking out for the kids of this world. Thank you!
