Meet the couple who shares EVERYTHING to save money!

A recent episode of the TLC show, Extreme Cheapskates featured 26-year-old Karissa and 33-year-old Rick Parran who believe in saving money to the point they share everything. When I say everything, I mean EVERYTHING.

The Parran's have no shame in their game and proudly talk about their habits. I have to say, I'm all for saving a buck of two, but this couple's method of frugality is DISGUSTING.

During the show the Parran's share their daily routine of showering for no more than two minutes together, sharing shampoo suds, toiletries, such as razors (gross), cotton swabs (ew), a toothbrush (double eww), and even dental floss (triple ewww!). Karissa explains that due to their cheapness their water bills were slashed in half, they save $200 a year on razors, and a bottle of shampoo lasts them eight months.

I'd be perfectly okay with the idea of a couple trying to save money if it didn't mean risking a staph infection. I mean, this woman is shaving her pits and then her husband is using the same razor on his own face! Don't even get me started on the fact that they share the same toothbrush AND dental floss. I can't even fathom what other things they share.

Extreme Cheapskates premieres October 16, but if you'd like a sneak peak of this grossness, watch the video below. If the Parran's are this bad, I can't imagine where this show is going to go. Either way I have a feeling my OCD is going to kick in hardcore if I watch another one of these episodes.
