There are few things in life that really surprise me, but __Gabriel Muniz'__s story certainly did! The 11- year old Brazilian boy was born without feet but somehow, still managed to follow his passion and now, he plays a mean soccer game. He's just an average kid who enjoys playing soccer with his friends.
But unlike most children his age, Muniz was just recruited to the Barcelona soccer team's summer training. I'm pretty sure he's super popular at school right now, but even more amazing is the fact that he can play soccer WITHOUT HAVING FEET! I mean, come on!

Normally, Muniz wears prostethic feet to get around everyday, but when he plays soccer, they come off and he plays only with his limbs. Like most kids he has a dream of being the next sports star, and I'm sure he has a greater chance considering how well he plays despite his condition–he is the best soccer player in his school!
It's great to see that Muniz doesn't let his disability keep him from doing what he loves most. He's even going to have the chance to meet some of his favorite soccer stars–including Lionel Messie–during the summer training. Growing up poor his parents thought that his disability would keep him from achieving his goals, but now they can see that that won't be a problem.

I'd say we keep an eye on this little one, as he just may be the next Messi (his favorite soccer player) and be the most extraordinary player that the soccer world has ever seen.
