Khloe Kardashian's new book, Strong Looks Better Naked, surprised me. Not because it became a bestseller in less than 24 hours–everybody in that family seems to have the Midas touch–but because she manages to mix in useful fashion and diet tips while dishing about Lamar, Kim, Kanye, and even Caitlyn. Here is what you need to know.

Kim and Kanye are Ferraris
According to their nutritionist, Khloe and her brother Rob Kardashian don't process carbs well, and should not eat any after lunch. On the other hand, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian have "Ferrari bodies". They don't need to worry about what they eat!!!
Kourtney's kids are on a strict diet
Khloe writes about her childhood, her eating habits, her body image and how her sister won't allow her kids to eat gluten or dairy…wait, no cookies and milk?
Her marriage to Lamar
"I felt seen," she says describing what it was like to be with the NBA super star.
She kept her problems with Lamar hidden from her family
Her family was precious to Lamar Odom, which is why she kept their problems hidden from her mom and siblings. Only when the situation became unbearable and she wanted days off from their reality show, did Khloé succumb to the pressure and shared her problems.
The Dianne Sawyer interview
She confirms it all in the book. The Kardashians watched Caitlyn Jenner's coming out interview with Dianne Sawyer together and it's surprising how they were unaware of details of the transformation process. "I was angry," writes Khloe, mainly for what she saw as a lack of trust from the man who was in her life for 26 years. Imagine that!
What she learned from Bruce Jenner
"He was my role model in what to do and not to do as a stepmom to the Odom children", Khloé admited.
There is no miracle diet
"A fast diet may make you lose the weight fast, but it will come back even faster," she writes.
Substitute drama for exercise
Exercise became her escape when she moved out of Los Angeles. She felt isolated when her marriage crumbed.
There is nothing like family
Think what you may of the Kardashians sisters, but they share an unmistakable bond and it shows throughout the book.
Routine is the key
From diet and exercise to overcoming life's challenges, Khloe's advice is to stick to a routine.
