Elizabeth Gutierrez reveals trick to a flat belly (VIDEO)

Elizabeth Guiterrez may be a softie when it comes to her love, William Levy, but the same doesn't apply to her workout routine. The Mexican star is as tough as nails when it comes to breaking a sweat and has the body to prove it. I'm all for trying out what the stars do to stay in shape since they rock flawless bikini bodies all year long. Guiterrez recently shared a video showcasing how she keeps her flat belly in check and it's pretty amazing. If you didn't love planks before you may change your mind now!

The telenovela star admits that it isn't easy maintaining a flat belly after giving birth to two children. Her trick is to do intense planks with weights. In the video, we see that she gets up to the 20 count with some struggle, but she doesn't quit. She writes, "This is great for a flat belly, but it isn't easy." I'd say!

Most people expect there to be an effortless trick to blasting belly fat, but the truth is that you have to just get in there and work your hardest. Of course, everything in moderation. The last thing you want is to get a hernia from all of the stress you're putting on your abdomen. It's always suggest to talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise routine.

I'm willing to try the planks at first and then slowly work my way up to carrying the weights on my back. In fact, I would probably prefer to keep the position below instead. Lying with the weight on your back just seems way more doable. At least that's my lazy side talking.
