They are all rich in Omega-3, fatty acids and antioxidants to boot memory. Blend one cup of tomato juice, half a cup of blueberries, half avocado and one tablespoon of honey together. Add some mint for a crispier taste!
For more energy
When you lack energy, you can’t exercise and you’ll end up gaining weight. When we are tired, our bodies crave sugar and sugar turns into fat. It’s a vicious cycle. Drink your energy with a juice made with kale, blueberries and beets. All these foods are rich in antioxidants, which help clean the blood.
For your libido
Asparagus, bananas and celery are great for boosting your desire. These vegetables and fruit are rich in vitamin B, E and potassium which help get rid of toxins in the body and enhance your libido. Cucumber is the best thing you can drink for your skin because it is full of water and rich in minerals like potassium, magnesium and silica. All you need is one cucumber, one red apple for sweetness and 8 ounces of water. Blend all the ingredients and hydrate your skin.
