Cearra Swetman who lives in southwest Florida has always been beautiful. She has one of those faces that photographs incredibly well. She's also very thin and toned at the moment, but that wasn't always the case. Swetman has lost 128 pounds and what spurred her to do it was the rude remark of some drunk dude at a bar about a year ago. She says,"I was almost 250 pounds, and I was wearing a Hooters T-shirt and a guy told me, 'You don't look like a Hooters girl I've ever seen.' " Stupid guy! But that stupid guy's comment motivated Swetman to loose weight and guess where she works now while finishing her degree? She works at a Hooters in Fort Myers.
Wait until you see her dramatic transformation.

Isn't that amazing. If I hadn't seen the before picture, I would never look at Swetman and think that she had ever been overweight.
Now when she reflects on what that drunk dude said to her she says that of course you should be careful about what you say to people, but that comment made her realize that she needed to do something. So what did she do to become as svelte and fit as she is now? She did it the old fashioned way folks, she changed her diet and exercised.
I have to say that with her shaved head, she does not look like your typical long-haired Hooters waitress and there is a reason for that. Swetman shaved her head in support of her sister who is battling breast cancer. Isn't that awesome?
Her advice to anyone facing a challenge in life, "Don't give up…keep that goal in mind and take small steps, you will get there one day."
