Health apps are some of my favorites because they help me track my goals on the go. Lately, I've been looking into calorie counting apps to help me be mindful of my diet. And when I say "diet," I mean what I'm eating as opposed to a weight-loss diet. But lots of people effectively use calorie counting apps to help them lose weight, maintain their weight, or gain weight.
