Real estate can be tricky, even for multimillionaire celebrities like Gisele Bundchen and husband Tom Brady. The couple already had their apartment on the 48th floor of the condos at One Madison in New York City's Flatiron District on the market last year but relisted it in May–and now it's finally off their hands. Anyone who has lived in NYC knows gorgeous apartments like these seem like a dream for regular people because of the insane price tags.
