I'm no good when it comes to crafts, but this year I've convinced myself that has to change. Since I'll never get better at it if I don't start practicing, I'm planning on working on a cute and easy centerpiece for my Thanksgiving table.

Beans & grains
All you need are a few empty bottles of wine, an array of beans (pinto, white, black) and grains (rice, corn) and some candles in different shades of red, orange and yellow–the colors of fall.
Wine glasses
For this centerpiece you'll need a few wine glasses, small pumpkins and small candles. Put the wine glass over the small pumpkin and use the bottom of the glass as a candle holder. Put a few glasses on a tray and decorate it with pinecones. Can't get easier than that!
Candles and hazelnuts
It can't think of an easier craft than this one. Get some large glasses, put a votive candle in the middle and use hazelnuts to cover the bottom part. Make sure the candles are different fall colors.
Candles and more candles
Get some regular white candles, but make sure they're thick enough so you can use them to send a Thanksgiving message. Each candle should bear one letter. You can come up with whatever message you want!
Stenciled pumpkins
For this centerpiece you'll need different size pumpkins, but make sure they're not too big. If you find the white ones, even better. (They're hard to find, but they do exist.) Add a big black letter to each pumpkin for another unique way to share a Thanksgiving message on your table.
