I normally pay no mind to the ridiculous ads and questionable beauty products the Kardashian-Jenner clan try to sell us on Instagram and Snapchat. But Kylie Jenner recently posted a pic of her trying out a product that left me with serious nostalgia. Apparently she's been using Fit Tea Wraps to keep her tummy toned and tigh–and it looks JUST like the weight-loss wraps we all saw our Latina moms use back in the day.

The Kardashian-Jenner clan are all about getting that tiny cinturita. So when I saw Kylie promoting Fit Tea Wraps, I wasn't even the least bit surprised. The girl practically lives in corsets and waist trainers.

"Enjoying my @fitteawraps they're keeping my tummy toned & lean as it gets closer to summer," she posted on IG. The wraps are supposed to work as a detox that helps not only to firm and tone skin but supposedly also minimizes cellulite appearance. You can apply them anywhere from your tummy and waist area to your butt and thighs. They're easy to use and only cost $29.99 for a box of four wraps.
If you're Latina, chances are you grew up seeing or at least hearing about grasa abdominal y cintura bodywraps. In fact, a lot of the ones I used to hear about were DIY ones. Like the kind where you take Vicks VapoRub and a plastic wrap. They were pretty ridiculous and probably didn't work but every Latina I knew swore by them.

Now do I actually believe this stuff works? Definitely not. But I think it's genius that Kylie has partnered with Fit Tea Wraps because there are people out there (including a few of my tias) that would buy this. You gotta hand it to Kylie–the girl definitely knows how to get her followers to spend that money!
