A cure for female hair loss is COMING & I can’t wait

Hair loss is a HUGE issue for men and women. Hair loss seems to be more associated with men than women, but the truth is that women suffer from hair loss even more than men. By the age of 60, 65 percent of men and 80 percent of women will experience noticeable signs of hair loss. I'm sure I don't need to point out sexism to you, but I'm sorry losing your hair as a woman is just not as accepted as hair loss in a man. I know, I married a hot balding man and I'm also one of the 80 percent of women experiencing hair loss and let me tell you that when it comes to bald acceptance, it is a man's world. So although scientists are on the brink of finding a cure for baldness for both men and women, I am most interested in the cure for female baldness.

A guy can shave his head and still be hot. Yes, a woman can shave her head and be hot too, but not to most people. My husband can walk into a job interview with his shaved head and make a great impression, if I were to go to a job interview with a shaved head, the impression I would leave on most is WTF?! It is what it is and it sucks.

I tell you this because it appears thta researchers at Columbia University Medical Center in New York City and the Durham University in the U.K. are VERY close to finding a cure for baldness in both men and women. They have managed to take clone clusters of hair follicles and implant them into human skin that was grafted to the back of a mouse and in five out of seven cases hair grew!

Okay, so far it has only been proven to work on mice, but now that it has been proven that it can work, the hope is that human trials will prove successful as well.

I have my fingers crossed here that scientists are successful and that they find a cure for baldness before I'm 60. I know this cure for baldness will be good for both men and women, but I say, LADIES FIRST!
