Fat burning green smoothie (RECIPE)

This cucumber, apple and cilantro green smoothie is my favorite! I love the flavor, but also the way I feel after I've had it for breakfast or lunch. It's nothing short of a miracle drink, high in antioxidants and fiber, good for my inmune system and my digestive system too. The ingredients in this smoothie also help you burn fat. Monster green smoothie
Serves 1

Ingredients:
1 Granny Smith apple
3/4 cup of cilantro
1 cup of fresh spinach
1 cucumber 
1 small ripe avocado
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup of water
1 Tbs honey
ice

Directions:
1. In an electric blender, blend apple, cilantro, spinach, cucumber, avocado and lemon juice.
2. Add the water and honey, and blend again. 
3. Add the ice and pulse until ice is crushed into smoothie consistency. Add more ice as needed. 
4. Enjoy.
