WATCH: Dad’s baby workout is super cute & effective

If you're looking to shape up while trying to squeeze in time with your mommy duties, you know that it's hard. Going to the gym isn't what it once was and you can tell you've put on a couple of pounds since motherhood started. The great news is that health and wellness advisor Michael Stansbury has come up with the perfect solution for moms out there who want to lose the baby weight.

Stansbury came up with the Lilly Ann workout inspired by his daughter. Are you ready to get your sweat on?! All you need is a baby–which I'm guessing you already have lying around the house.

The dad of four focuses his workouts on Lilly's "tummy time," which is intended to get babies to develop their neck muscles and be comfy on their bellies. So how exactly can adults get in on the "tummy time" fun?

Stansbury starts off his video with Lilly getting down on her tummy. He then does a "superman" action–similar to the popular Pilates move–in unison with Lilly, which is adorable beyond words. Seriously, how does a kid her age follow directions so well?! They do this once more adding a cobra stretch as they drop on their tummies.

My favorite part has to be the end where he looks over at Lilly and tells her that he loves her and she affectionately reaches out to grab him. Aw, that just makes my heart melt!

If you think you're fit enough to do the Lilly Ann workout, then check out the video below. I must warn you though, Lilly Ann is quite the professional!
