Rinse...
Rinse your tomatoes well.
Make a shallow incision...
With a paring knife, make a very shallow cross slit around the tomato skin.
Remove the stem...
With the same knife, remove the stem of each tomato and core it.
Blanch...
Dip the tomatoes in boiling water. Banche them, 3-4 at a time, for a minute. You don't want to cook them, some don't over boil them.
Out of the boiling water...
With a spoon, carefully take the tomatoes out of the boiling water.
Chill...
Place the tomatoes in a bowl with ice water to stop the cooking.
Drain...
Drain the tomatoes in a pasta colander.
Peel...
Using your fingers, peel the tomatoes as if they were a banana.
Ready!
