She can lie until she's blue in the face, but I don't believe for a second that Kim Kardashian has never gone under the knife. The girl has flat out denied rumors of her ever having had worked done but if you compare pictures of her from 2006 to pictures of her now, you'll notice an entirely different face and a much curvier body. I thought she was going to give plastic surgery a rest, at least for now, but after checking out pictures of her and Kanye at the 2015 BET Honors Awards, I'm convinced she had another touch-up. Kim's face looked so plastic she could literally pass for a wax doll. Your jaw is going to drop when you see this!

There's no denying Kim Kardashian has had plastic surgery done. Her nose is thinner, butt is bigger, lips are fuller and her face much more sculpted since she first got famous. In fact, nowadays she's looking more like a raven-haired Barbie-doll than a Kardashian. Oh wait, maybe that's the same thing? The only procedures she's actually fessed up to are laser hair removal and Botox, which she claims she'd never do again. Sorry, but I'm definitely calling BS on that one!
Check out this picture of Kim at the 2015 BET Honors Awards this past weekend. She's barely recognizable. Her face is way tighter than usual, her cheek bones are exaggerated … she even has a Michael Jackson air to her. The girl definitely had Botox done again–there's no denying it!
I'm actually worried for Kim. I feel like one of these days she's going to ruin her beautiful face. She has such an obsession with her appearance, she can't seem to leave it alone. If you look at Kim back in 2006, she had a naturally gorgeous face. She didn't need to do a thing to it. As the years have passed, she's had more and more tweaks done and while she might think they're subtle, we've definitely all noticed! A human face should never EVER look like a Barbie's face. There's nothing cute or normal about it.
