5 reasons your man should masturbate

Guys and masturbation go hand in hand (hi-larious, I know) and usually we crack jokes about it. All kidding aside, the truth is it's healthy for your man to release that tension regularly. If sex isn't an option, then they have to rely on good old fashioned masturbation. They may not prefer it, but the job's gotta get done somehow!

It not only releases any sexual tension, but it also benefits his health in MANY ways.

Often times I've heard of women who say they don't like their man to masturbate because they find it offensive. They think that because they're around that's good enough for their significant other, but it's a little more complicated than that. It's fine if you are around to have sex, but what about those times that you aren't and he suddenly gets an "urge"?

I'm pretty sure you'd prefer him pleasuring himself rather than looking for another woman to help him out. There's nothing wrong with masturbation–whether you're a man or woman– but men definitely reap some great health benefits from it.

Here's why your man SHOULD masturbate:

Prevents cancer: By masturbating, a man releases toxins that can cause harm to his genital region. A study found that men who masturbated up to five times a week were less likely to get prostate cancer.

Last longer in bed: How often do women complain that men finish to quickly during sex? Masturbation will resolve those problems because it helps you get a fresh start before the act!

Releases tension: Masturbation can help relieve any stress caused by external factors. It also helps lower your blood pressure in the process.

Stay harder longer: A problem many men can face as they get older is that they can't remain hard as they used to. To avoid this problem, masturbation strengthens the area as it works out the pelvic floor muscles.

Boosts immune system: When you masturbate you release the stress hormone, cortisol which helps keep you healthy and from getting sick.
