One of the joys of parenting is introducing your children to new foods. I remember the first time I gave my firstborn a slice of lime. I couldn't stop laughing at her because her entire face cringed, but then she kept wanting more. That's pretty much the same thing that 14-month-old Sadie does the first time that she tries salt and vinegar chips and it was all captured on camera. We all get to see Sadie's reaction because her dad, Graham Simon, had the good sense to upload the footage to YouTube. It's so cute, you're gonna love it.

Sadie's mom, Joanna, loves salt and vinegar chips. Sadie is at that stage where she is trying all kinds of new foods without knowing what to expect. In the video, you see her take a bite of the chip and that vinegar throws her off, like maybe the chip is really disgusting, but wait a second, no, on second thought that chip is really good. This reaction is particularly funny because this adorable child seems to go through the entire process all over again with each bite.
Graham Simon said in an interview,"It's pretty apparent she kept coming back for more. I think that's the effect of the chips for everyone–the initial cringe, and then you realize how good they are. I think she reacted like most adults do." See Sadie's reaction for yourself:
Oh, and in case that isn't enough cuteness for you, here's a video of my firstborn trying lime for the first time. It's pretty dang cute, if I do say so myself.
