Despite all the rumors swirling regarding the troubled state of her 2-year-old marriage to Ben Affleck, it appears that J.Lo is handling it all with a “good attitude” even as she searches for a new home. At least that’s what one source is saying.

It seems in keeping with how Ms. Lopez has always handled herself publicly. She’s not really a tantrum-throwing, cry in public kind of person. We’ve seen her go through breakups and divorces in the past while managing to maintain her calm, collected, and even joyful public persona. Only time will tell whether Bennifer is kaput. For now, here’s what’s being reported about Jen’s attitude after a summer apart from Ben and claims that they aren’t even on speaking terms.
Jennifer has been living it up this summer.
She spent time in Europe, went to Paris Fashion Week, and enjoyed herself in the Hamptons, New York. All of this was without Ben. They didn’t even spend time together on their second wedding anniversary or her birthday.
Despite Ben’s absence, Jen appears to be making the most of the warm weather months. "Considering everything that's going on, Jennifer is having a good summer. She's been off and able to focus on what's next," a source told People.
Ben’s been busy, too.
He moved out of their Beverly Hills mansion while Jen was in Europe and he bought himself a $20.5 million mansion in Brentwood. The sale coincidentally went through on July 24, Jen’s birthday! She just turned 55.
They’ve been trying to sell the place they bought together.
In July, Bennifer put the mega manse they bought together in June 2023 on the market. They originally bought the 12-bedroom Beverly Hills estate for $60 million and now have it listed tor $68 million.
And where is Jen gonna live?
If they are selling their joint home and Ben just bought a place in Brentwood, where does that leave Jennifer? “Jennifer is trying to find a new home to start fresh,” shared the source that spoke to People. “She always has [a] good attitude even when things are not perfect.”
