Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been through the wringer in news headlines in 2024. Their relationship has been under a microscope since May when folks noticed they hadn't appeared together in public for quite some time. Not long afterward, divorce rumors started flying—and now, Ben and Jen have officially listed their Beverly Hills home for sale.

After meeting on the set of their film, Gigli, Bennifer became the "it couple" of the early 2000s when they started dating in 2002. They called off their engagement in early 2004 but reconnected nearly two decades later in 2021. J.Lo and Ben were engaged by April 2022 and married that July. Unfortunately, their epic love story may soon be coming to an end, based on their recent real estate move.

Ben and Jen publicly listed their Beverly Hills mansion on July 11.

On July 11—after attempting to quietly sell the property off-market—Bennifer officially listed their Beverly Hill mansion for sale, Page Six reported. The list price is $68 million. This is almost $8 million more than what they purchased it for in 2023.

They recently renovated the sprawling property.

Jen and Ben's Beverly Hills mansion features 12 bedrooms and 24 bedrooms within its 38,000 square feet. The listing's description explains the property was renovated with “the highest level of quality within the last four months.” The description adds: “Designed and constructed with impeccable taste, the estate seamlessly integrates today's cutting-edge technology with timeless elegance.”

There is plenty of space to house guests and for parking, that's for sure.

But that's not all! The property, which sits on 5 acres, also includes a 5,000-square-foot guest penthouse, a caretaker house, and a guardhouse. Parking won't be an issue, as there is a 12-car garage and enough parking spaces for 80 vehicles.

Of course, it has an indoor sports complex.

The lucky buyer of Ben and Jen's home won't ever have to leave to get in a workout. That's because the mansion features an indoor sports complex for all their recreational needs. In the home, you'll find a boxing ring, a sports lounge, basketball and pickleball courts, a bar, and a fully equipped gym.

Ben reportedly moved his belongings out of the mansion while Jennifer vacationed in Europe.

An insider told People that Ben moved his belongings out of his and Jennifer's marital home in June. Jen was vacationing in Europe at the time.

“Ben continues to live at the Brentwood rental. He’s been there for about two months now. He seems OK,” the source told People. “He's been at his office every day and seems focused on work. He’s also spending time with his kids.”

Reportedly, J.Lo and Ben have been living separately for a while.

Amid rumors of marital strife between Ben and Jen, the couple was reportedly living separately in mid-May. TMZ reported that Ben was staying at a house in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles. He was also filming for his movie, The Accountant 2.
