Ben was spotted still wearing his wedding ring.
Photos obtained by Page Six showed the Pearl Harbor actor driving in the Brentwood neighborhood on May 16. As the actor drove his sports car, he rested his arm out the window. Photos showed Ben was wearing his wedding ring, possibly signaling that things weren't officially over between him and Jennifer.
A source claimed Ben and Jen are 'having issues in their marriage.'
On May 16, an inside source reportedly opened up about Bennifer's current relationship status. “Jen and Ben are having issues in their marriage,” the source told Us Weekly. “They started having issues a few months ago as Jen had started ramping up work commitments and prepping for her tour.”

Ben and Jen's work schedules may potentially be a point of contention. The "Love Don't Cost a Thing" singer is gearing up for her This Is Me … Live tour in June following the release of her album of the same name.
“Jen is very focused on work,” the source told Us Weekly. “They are on two completely different pages most of the time.”
However, they have reportedly been going to therapy.
In an article published on May 15, In Touch reported that Ben and Jen are going to therapy to work on their relationship issues.
“Ben believes in therapy, to a point, and is willing to be a good sport about participating with an open mind, even though he hates the whole humiliating process,” a source told the publication. “He’s never going to gauge the success of this marriage by what happens in the therapist’s office. He also has a higher tolerance for conflict and having to fight to get his way than the average guy.”
