Kylie Jenner is building herself a brand spankin’ new mega mansion in Hidden Hills, California. Not that Kylie needs a new mansion because she already lives in one, but when you are as rich as she is you can spend on wants and not just needs. This mega mansion of Kylie’s has been in the works for some time now, but it’s finally starting to actually look like what it will eventually become and from the looks of it so far, it’s gonna be some kind of spectacular mansion.

The mansion-in-progress sits on 5 acres of land that Kylie bought in 2020 for a cool US$15 million. In 2015, the property was bought by Miley Cyrus, who kept horses on it. In 2018, Miley sold the place and the person who bought, perhaps inspired by Miley's hit song, took a wrecking ball to the house on the property and never built a new one. So basically, by the time Kylie scooped it up, it was a just a lot of Hidden Hills dirt. Take a look at what she’s done so far.
When she bought the place, it was basically just dirt, but not dirt cheap.
At the time of purchase, what Kylie paid for the property—$15 million—was considered a record-breaking amount for that area. She basically paid $3 million per acre and it didn’t even come with a house.
How it started.
You could see the layout and get an idea of how many rooms and spaces would eventually end up inside the home, but it really wasn’t much to look at. When the whole build is done, it won’t just have a mansion, the whole place is going to be a compound.

OK, OK, it’s starting to look like something. The roof and walls make it feel like more than a bunch of twigs when looking at it from an aerial perspective. TMZ reports the home will boast 15 bedrooms!
Guess who Kylie’s neighbors will be.
If and when Kylie moves into her completed compound, her neighbors will include her sisters Kourtney, Kim, and Khloé. Her mom Kris Jenner’s home also neighbors the property. Pretty soon, they are going to have to change the name of the Hidden Hills neighborhood to Kar-Jenner Hills.
Kylie is turning into quite the real estate mogul.
Aside from this Hidden Hills property, she also owns other properties and reports estimate her real estate portfolio to be work somewhere around $80 million. Now, she’s not only a makeup mogul, she’s a real estate mogul as well.
