Kylie Jenner has already dominated the cosmetics world, and it looks like now she's got her eye set on ruling the real estate industry. In April 2020, the young mogul made yet another home purchase, adding a gorgeous mansion located in the Holmby Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. The home was originally priced at $45 million, according to TMZ, but it looks like Kylie negotiated and purchased the house for $36 million.
Kylie has shared plenty of photos of herself enjoying her beautiful home on Instagram—and from the looks of it, the manse is truly fit for a queen. The makeup mogul's property is so expansive, it is referred to as a resort compound. The single-story home is made up of a whopping 15,350 square feet and comes with its own guardhouse to keep intruders at bay.

The Kylie Cosmetics founder will now be able to prepare her favorite recipes in a chef's kitchen and entertain her many friends with an outdoor projection screen, a home theater, bars, and game rooms. She will be able to keep her figure in shape with a home gym and championship-level tennis and basketball courts that are on the property.
She continues to be one of the youngest and most successful billionaires in the world, and now she's starting to use that wealth. The house has two guest apartments, but as far as we know, this palace will be mostly enjoyed by Queen Kylie and her little princess daughter, Stormi. Kylie's homes are usually large, but this one is simply so expansive and bigger than life.

There is a bar that leads directly into the pool! How cool is that? It really is so similar to a resort or a hotel, and you can go from getting a drink to watching TV to going for a swim within seconds.

The pool area is surrounded by lounging spaces where Kylie will be able to sunbathe while her daughter enjoys the pool nearby. We love how the pool looks and how the space is decorated around it.

Living here is like living in your own little world. There is a tennis court and a basketball court all within reach of the pool. There are so many activities that can be done, and if anyone is ever bored while living here, they need to reconsider.
