5 Things every woman can learn from strippers

Strippers are normally ostracized by society and thought to be temptation intended for unhappy married men or single guys. While these ladies do serve to be oogled by men, it's unfair that they have this negative stigma attached to them. Strippers are just like you and me–and as a matter of fact, we can learn a thing or two from them.

Yep, you heard me!

I've often heard that men turn to strippers as "therapists" and as strange as that may be, sometimes they help them to talk about their feelings. Now, I know it's not comforting to know that your man may be telling his woes to a half naked exotic dancer, but they may be onto something.

We're not encouraging your man to have a wandering eye or to frequent strip clubs more often. Instead we think that there are a few things we can learn from strippers both inside and outside of the bedroom.

Check out the tips below!

They teach you to be more confident. Strippers are confident in their own skin and aren't afraid to show it. Being practically naked and still being able to strut your stuff takes balls (admit it). This is something we can all benefit from especially in the bedroom and our self esteem.

They teach you about power. One of the things strippers know how to do is command attention. They know how to take control of a situation and their own clients. You can apply this to your everyday life at work or with business deals by making sure that no one walks all over you.

They teach you to change your look. The perks for men who visit a strip club is that there are many different dancers to pick from. Change up your hairstyle or makeup once in a while. As scary as it may be, it might also be fun to see a different side of you!

They talk less about themselves and listen. A stripper doesn't talk about her life problems to her clients. This is the time when she focuses on the man's needs and listens to what he has to say. In your relationship, if you tend to be the only one who does the talking, you may be shutting out your man. Devote time to hearing how his day went and other concerns he may have in mind. Trust me, he will appreciate it.

It is important to take care of your body. You don't have to have a six pack or look like Beyonce, but it is important to take care of yourself both inside and out. By keeping in shape and eating well, you will not only remain healthy but be happier in your skin.
