WATCH: Little boy hears for first time & his reaction will make your day

There's nothing better than listening to a little kid's laugh, but this video of 2-year-old Dylan Lipton Lesser's hysterical giggling is particularly beautiful. Why? It captures the first time the Virginia toddler has ever heard the sound of his own voice … and from the sound of his joyous laughter, he clearly can't get enough of it!

Dylan was born 11 weeks early on Valentine's Day 2012 with several complications, including an infection, trouble breathing and brain bleeds. Right away, doctors told his parents, Shirley Lesser and Indian Lepton, that little Dylan would most likely be severely disabled. But thankfully, the little guy has been able to defy all of the medics' expectations and then some…especially since he received his new hearing aids!

Though some kids get spooked putting on the devices for the first time, Dylan clearly took to them right away.  In fact, as can be seen in the amazing video below, he found them downright hilarious!

This clip was posted in December and since then, Dylan has reached even more milestones–including saying "hi" for the first time! Aww … is that sweet or what?

Watching this video seriously made my day. How could it not?! Dylan is such a beautiful and strong boy and his laughter is so infectious, I couldn't help but smile. Plus, considering how much he's been through, it's amazing to see what a happy little soul he is. I'm just glad that his parents decided to share this lovely moment with the rest of the world. It truly is something special to watch.
