Scrumptious stove-top shrimp, chicken & chorizo paella you have to try

This year, I'm on a quest to find and share one-pot recipes. One-pot recipes are the perfect for someone like me who likes to make one thing and call it dinner. It's not that I'm lazy, it's that I don't have time for jibba-jabba. If I can get all kinds of goodness and ingredients into one dish that taste delicious and satisfies, why the heck wouldn't I?

This week I'm excited to share a scrumptious stove-top paella recipe with you that came from my friend Carolyn Gonzalez from Carolyn in Carolina. Don't let the fact that it is a paella recipe scare you away. I find paella intimidating because I have memories of it being made when I was a kid and requiring a huge paella pan and a impromptu sort of fire pit made in our back yard. Like I said, I rarely have time for jibba jabba, so that ain't gonna happen. This here paella can be made on your stove.
