WATCH: Woman works out for 100 days straight & the results are INCREDIBLE!

We all have those times when we dislike our bodies, but not all of us do something about it. That's why I couldn't help but be completely impressed and inspired by San Francisco woman LaKeisha Shurn.

Shurn was unhappy with her figure and struggling with low self-esteem and depression for some time, before she decided it was finally time to make a change. She joined the #giveit100 challenge, in which participants commit to working out for 100 straight days and capturing the entire process on tape. And trust me when I say, the final results are downright incredible!

"I have low self-esteem, I am going through depression, and I want to change all of that. Next hundred days I will be on the journey of losing weight and finding myself," Shurn says in the first video.  And that's exactly what she did!

As can be seen in the amazing compilation below, Shurn uploaded a video on every single one of those 100 days, capturing her workout routines. Interspersed throughout the clips, Shurn talks about the changes she hopes to see in herself and what she hopes to gain through this challenge. By day 50, the difference is evident. Shurn is smiling more and while she's thrilled with her progess, she also seems more determined than ever to finish what she started.

And in the end, it's all worth it. Shurn lost a total of 18 pounds in those 100 days but even more importantly, she gained a ton of confidence and now knows she can do anything she sets her mind to. Is that amazing or what?!

I absolutely LOVE Shurn's story and am so thankful that she shared it with the world. The fact that she committed to a challenge, followed through, and emerged a healthier, happier version of herself is so inspiring and just proves that change can happen if you work hard enough. Congratulations to her for all of her accomplishments!
