I guess it's not really a surprise that more men are getting plastic surgery nowadays. According to the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, there has been a 121 percent increase in plastic surgery procedures for men since 1997.
The most popular procedures for men are pretty much what women are getting as well: liposuction, eyelifts, hair transplants, rhinoplasty, and breast reduction or augmentation. I guess that's not surprising either. But other procedures … well, just read on to find out!

There seems to be quite a few options for penis enlargement from fat injections, to implants, to sniping of ligaments.
Tighten the Tackle
This procedure was inspired by a joke that George Clooney made to an Italian magazine claiming that he gets ball ironing done. Nurse Jaime of Beauty Park added "Tighten the Tackle" to the list of services offered at her Santa Monica spa as a non-surgical treatment that uses lasers to unwrinkle and tighten the testicles … 'cause who doesn't want perky balls? In terms of dealing with insecurities a chinplant procedure makes sense. I've never heard anyone say, "He's so good-looking and has an incredibly weak chin!"

Limb-lengthening
Short on height, but not short on cash, there are men who will endure the painful and complicated procedure of limb-lengthening. Rods are implanted into a patients broken shin and over the course of two to three months the rods can stretch the bone and add a couple of inches of height.
