Latin slow cooker: How to make pork loin (VIDEO)

After making a pretty healthy spicy apple butter snack for our Latin slow cooker recipe last week, today I decided to go a little, well, meatier. In fact, I wanted to make a Latin classic in my slow cooker: pork loin!

The beauty of this recipe is that it takes a while to make pork loin ANYWAY, but by making it in the slow cooker, you can simply leave it for hours while you go to work or run errands. You don't have to come and check up on it all the time, since you know how to slow cook safely, right? All you have to do is let those Latin flavors sit and marinate and, when it's done, come home to an amazing-smelling house and a hungry family that will be VERY pleased when you put this dish on the table.
