The reality television star took to Twitter to deny recent reports and rumors that she is expecting a second child with ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson. The couple went through a messy breakup in 2019 after he was rumored to have been canoodling with one of the Kardashian-Jenner family friends, Jordyn Woods. The couple already share a daughter together and seem to be getting along fine these days. The family's relationship with Jordyn is seemingly irreparably fractured.

After a rumor that Khloé and Tristan were expecting another baby together surfaced online, many of Khloé's fans and critics took to Twitter to express their thoughts about the possible pregnancy—and many of their takes were too unkind for her to handle.

Publications like The Sun reported on the possible pregnancy after fans took to Twitter to question whether or not Khloé was expecting. Some people pointed out her recent Instagram posts as clues, saying she was concealing a baby bump with loose clothing like a bathrobe and she has been posting pink flowers and a photo of her daughter and nieces, which she captioned: "Who runs the world…. GIRLS!!!"

People began to speculate about the pregnancy, even though Khloé herself had already addressed the possibility of having another child with Tristan on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, even though they aren't a couple anymore. People demanded justice for the way they believe the family vilified Jordyn amid the cheating scandal. Fans had a lot to say and heavily judged Khloé for her decision to still allow Tristan to be in her life, even after he cheated.
Sources close to the family denied that Khloé is pregnant.

The outlet revealed that the rumors began simply because fans took notice of the pink flowers she has been sharing, thinking that was a foreshadowing that another girl is on the way. They also noticed Khloé has been sharing old photos and videos, and pics from the waist up. The insiders said that was all coincidence and she is not expecting.

"I am disgusted by so many things I am seeing," she tweeted. "SMH people swear they know everything about me. Including my uterus. Sick."

I believe people should focus on their own lives/families, put energy into bettering the scary world we are currently living in, and try projecting positivity as opposed to nastiness."
The former couple have already discussed the idea of having another child together.

After her family questioned why she wasn't dating following her split from Tristan, she agreed that she would look into freezing her eggs in case she wanted to give her daughter, True, a sibling in the future. She had a conversation with her ex at the time, and they agreed that he would be her sperm donor. “I might get some embryos and get a sibling. I might need to borrow some sperm or get some from you," she told Tristan on one of the episodes. "We’ll figure that out later. That’s a whole other episode." She later revealed that he agreed to be her sperm donor in the future.
